Organizations using Compliable act as the data controllers of the counterparty information they submit.
Compliable acts as a data processor, processing information solely for the purpose of delivering compliance intelligence services in accordance with customer instructions and contractual obligations.
Information processed
Compliable may process:
- User account and authentication information
- Counterparty documentation and identifiers
- Directors, shareholders, and beneficial ownership information
- Screening and enrichment data
- System usage logs and audit records
Information is processed strictly to support onboarding, sanctions screening, enrichment, risk scoring, and audit documentation.
Use of information
- Customer data is used only to provide and improve the Compliable platform.
- Compliable does not sell customer data, use it for advertising, or share it for unrelated commercial purposes.
- Customer data is not used to train public AI models and is not contributed to external AI systems.
Subprocessors & infrastructure
Compliable utilizes secure cloud infrastructure and carefully selected service providers necessary to operate the platform.
These providers may process data strictly for infrastructure, hosting, security, or operational support purposes.
A current list of subprocessors is available upon request.
Data retention
Customer data is retained in accordance with contractual agreements and applicable regulatory requirements.
Organizations may request deletion or export of their data subject to contractual and legal obligations.
Data subject rights
Where applicable under data protection laws, organizations may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data processed through the platform.
Compliable supports customers in fulfilling their regulatory obligations related to data subject rights.
