Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Compliable AI platform, services, and website (collectively, the “Service”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you access the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Compliable AI, Inc. (“Compliable,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is incorporated in the State of Delaware.
1. Use of the Service
Subject to compliance with these Terms and any executed order form or master services agreement (“MSA”), Compliable grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for internal business purposes.
You agree not to:

Access the Service for the purpose of building a competing product

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

Use the Service in violation of applicable laws or regulations

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
2. Customer Accounts
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and for all activities conducted under their accounts.
You agree to promptly notify Compliable of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Customer Data

Customers retain ownership of all data, documents, and information submitted to the Service (“Customer Data”).

Compliable processes Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service in accordance with applicable agreements and the Privacy Policy.

Customer Data is not sold or used for advertising purposes and is not used to train public AI models.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, models, documentation, and related intellectual property, remain the exclusive property of Compliable or its licensors.
Except as expressly stated, these Terms do not grant any ownership rights in the Service.
5. Fees & Subscription
Fees, billing terms, and subscription details are governed by applicable order forms or master services agreements. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a separately executed agreement, the executed agreement controls.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Compliable does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The Service supports compliance workflows but does not replace independent professional judgment.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Compliable’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by the Customer under the applicable agreement during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by law.
8. Termination
Compliable may suspend or terminate access to the Service for material breach of these Terms or where continued access presents security, legal, or regulatory risk.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise specified in a separately executed agreement.
