This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of the Compliable AI platform. It defines the conduct expected of all users and the activities that are not permitted on the Service.

Scope of policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs use of the Compliable AI platform (the “Service”). It applies to all users, customers, and any third parties accessing the Service on a customer’s behalf.

By accessing the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to any executed order form, master services agreement, or other binding terms.

Acceptable use & limitations

Users may not use the Service to:

  • Violate applicable laws, sanctions regimes, or regulatory obligations
  • Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt Service availability
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
  • Conduct security testing without prior written authorization

Enforcement

Compliable reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to suspend or restrict access where misuse is detected. Where a violation presents an immediate security, legal, or regulatory risk, access may be suspended without prior notice.

Continued or material violations may result in termination of access under the applicable customer agreement.
